The house is located 368 38th Street and was built in 1896, long before the Goonies made it famous. The house was in a poor shape for a long time..

Sandi Preston bought the house in 2001 and took many pictures of the place that you can see bellow... in 2004, when I first visited Astoria, the house wasn’t finished yet and it took a lot of time and love to finish it.
